Reiki I:
Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing art that promotes self-healing, relieves disease and stress, and encourages an overall state of well-being. Experience the shift possible when you unblock stuck energy in your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual field.
In the Reiki I certification course, we will examine the history of this fascinating healing art, as well as the practical teachings to allow students to begin practicing with the energy right away. The main distinction between Reiki and other hands-on-healing modalities is an attunement process. This process allows the student/recipient to access universal energy. I liken the process to arteries being cleared. The attunement will open up energy channels in the recipient, allowing healing energy to pass through their hands. This is a very simple, yet powerful, process. Once attuned, we will practice on each other, exchanging healing hands. This class allows the Reiki I student to facilitate self-healings, and healings of friends.
