Greetings.
I am returning to my path of healing mostly working with the kundalini, life force, sexual energy. I am looking for mentors, students, teachers in this work.
I am working with people to help remove shame, fear and general blocks within sexuality.
Also incorporating other types of healing.
I am working as an intuitive and not too locked in to any one way or teaching but recognizing that focusing on something like tantra gives a framework.
I am seeing there is a great need for this type of service.
Blessings!

Re: Fellow sacred sensual healers here?
Mon, April 16, 2007 - 7:32 PMSorry that it took me so long to see this post. I normally see this kind of thing in the "Sacred Whores" tribe that I check in on, from time to time.
Anyway, in response to your queries...
I've been a "Sexual Healer" for much of the last 15 years (at least). I primarily do my "work" both by default (not knowing ahead of time) and within the safety and structure of a "committed relationship". To do otherwise risks legal issues ("pandering", or simple "prostitution" charges). Basically, you can do what you want as "consenting adults", but as soon as you take any compensation (doesn't have to be money), you are in legal trouble.
There was a terrific (in my opinion) article in a recent issue of "Alternatives" magazine about a young woman who works in this area. Very honest and open dialog. She primarily does "sensual massage" that goes well into the erotic and sexual areas, ending in a "climactic" conclusion, if you know what I mean!
I agree with you, there's a HUGE need for this "service"! However, there's a nearly equal amount of resistance to it.
My focus is NOT on "tantra", as I really don't care for the East Indian "spin" that is often used to explore it. It's on helping women overcome blocks, (sexual) trauma, and fear. Most of my "work" in this area has been on emotional and sexual trauma (rape, incest, or just horrible parenting messages). It takes a great deal of patience, trust, and "holding space", along with a high degree of intuition as I've experienced the process. You have to KNOW when, and how far, to push someone's comfort zone. This is the foundation.
Good luck with this, and be careful. STD's are one thing, prison is another. Let me know if I can help in any way. :-)
